They have also submitted a second reserved matters application for the 36 units which is due to be validated shortly. The deadline for submission of RMAs is early October so they need to secure the sites status with a live application that fully follows the outline application should anything go wrong with the 15-unit scheme application.

This might cause some confusion in the village, which they apologise in advance for. They are saying that this is a fallback position and are still totally committed to the 15 units. They advise that the 36 acts as a useful comparison.
